Terms of Service

Revised 23 September 2026

Split Team gives you access to a CS2 account farm: your Steam accounts run on our infrastructure, farm XP and claim the weekly drop. Paying for slots means you accept these terms.

1. Subject

Split Team provides farm slots. A slot is the right to keep one of the customer’s Steam accounts running at a time on the service’s infrastructure. A slot lasts 30 days from the moment the payment is credited; slots from all active purchases add up. The cabinet may hold more accounts than slots: as many run at once as there are paid slots, the rest wait in the queue.

2. What the customer provides

Add Steam accounts to the cabinet: login, password and Steam Guard secrets (shared secret, identity secret). Without them an account cannot sign in to Steam and the service cannot work with it. The customer is responsible for the data being correct and for having the right to share it. Everything else — machines, network, starting and stopping jobs — is done by the service.

3. Price and payment

The monthly price per slot and volume discounts are published on the Pricing page; the price of a purchase is fixed when the invoice is issued. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency via Heleket and via the CryptoBot Telegram wallet. The chosen payment method’s fee is added to the price; its size and the total are shown in the cabinet before you pay. An invoice is valid for a limited time; an unpaid invoice closes by itself and nothing is charged.

4. Service delivery

Slots are granted once the payment provider confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes. The service runs jobs on the customer’s accounts within the paid slots: farming XP in matches and claiming the weekly drop. Whether a drop appears, what it contains and what it is worth, and how fast an account levels up are decided by Valve, not by the service; the service does not guarantee a particular drop, its price or leveling speed. Accounts without Prime do not receive the weekly drop.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation and gives no guarantees on its behalf. Valve may restrict an account: kick it from a match, issue a matchmaking cooldown, or ban it. These decisions are made by Valve; the customer bears the consequences for the account. The service is not responsible for changes to the game and its services, for the actions of payment providers, or for the consequences of incorrect sign-in data.

6. Refunds

If the service was not provided — the payment went through but slots were not granted within 48 hours, or the farm could not run jobs through the service’s fault for more than 24 hours in a row — the customer is entitled to a refund. Within 24 hours after a purchase, as long as no job has run on their accounts, the customer may cancel the purchase without giving a reason. A request is sent to support within 14 calendar days of payment, reviewed within 24 hours, and the money is sent within 72 hours of the decision — to the same details the payment came from. Full terms are in the Refund policy.

7. Changes to these terms

The service may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date. Slots already paid for are governed by the version published at the time of payment.
